Local film festival set for Feb. 14

The Our City Film Festival (sponsored by Yachad, a nonprofit for D.C. affordable housing) showcases films that capture Washington, D.C., beyond the monuments, politics and traffic. Take part in a day of entertainment and celebrate the local community and raise money for affordable housing and community development.

The festival includes 14 documentaries and narratives ranging from a gay love story that takes place in Washington, to a man’s love affair with the Anacostia River, to a short film about the uniqueness of the D.C. farm markets.
