I would be SO interested to see a total nobody, who is smart and is gay or lesbian, run for an open seat such as this. If a republican can be openly (subtly) anti-woman and anti-gay (wink wink), then we need some candidates who are openly (loudly & proudly) anti-religion and anti-RichWhiteGuy. They would have total credibility, and also sympathy on their side. Call him or her the “Bash-Back” candidate: you know who you are. What would Nike say: Just Do It!
