Just like Adm. Mullen stated that he had served right along with several people that he had no doubt of their sexuality, but treated them like an equal because they served their country with dignity. Plus this crap about having to have separate showers and barracks for the gays and lesbians, they said the same thing when they finally let Blacks serve in the military. There is not one person in the military that has taken a shower in the old fashioned open shower rooms that did not shower next to a gay/lesbian and didn’t even know it. GROW UP people this is not 1820 any more, this is 2010. Also, do these bigots know how many gays and lesbians have some pretty high awards and ranks, I do, because I hold a Bronze Star, 3 Good Conducts, and several other award; and was propositioned by some high ranking closet cases. I am also a Vietnam Veteran and DAMN proud of my 14 year service to the country I love. DROP DADT NOW!!!! Worry about ending the wars overseas, not who is serving AND DIEING there!!!!

Indeed their “open and flagrant exhibition” of christ-ian tendencies: spouting bible verses into the air, racing off to church at all hours, and saying “god says…” to everyone, about everything. It’s too disruptive to unit cohesion – please, make it stop!
