Rahm Emanuel is famous for using salty language and it got him in line to become a possible future speaker of the House before he became the chief of staff to POTUS…where he continues to use language salty enough to make a chief petty officer blush, apparently without consequence (unless you count his half-hearted apologies and a skit on SNL).
