The only thing this administration responds to is heavy pressure… and since they chose to leave us out of the coalition this morning, they need to understand just how many dollars will NOT be heading towards their candidates this fall.

Last May, his Solicitor General Elena Kagan contradicted her own years of condemning DADT & told the Supremes that a lower court “properly upheld” DADT & that it’s “rationally related to the government’s legitimate interest in military discipline and cohesion”–the same position as McCain & Donnelly–thus killing the case of Jim Peitrangelo [the same one arrested twice this yr. at the WH]. They have tried some half a dozen times to get the LCR lawsuit thrown out. Anyone who still believes this is being done without Obama’s knowledge & authorization, just like Gates’ slow walk of repeal to legislative death, is a fool. The homophobic Pentagon tails are wagging the WH dog.
