I was at both panel discussions and I think the most damning thing that Lt. Dan Choi said was that Obama's LGBT appointees were "tokens."

I am in full support of Choi and hope DADT is repealed.

1. It's not "defense budget" but "defense authorization" to which we want to attach repeal.

2. Third-party outings are still ENTIRELY permissable. The ONLY way the new regs could affect them is if he/she refuses to make his/her accusation under oath, and NO evidence has been submitted that any measurable # would refuse to do that. Everything we know about the guy who outed Victor Fehrenbach screams that he would have rented a tuxedo, a limo, and a marching band for his oath taking. The woman who outed Margie Witt of the famous 9th Circuit Court decision would undoubtedly have done the same thing under oath. The woman who outed Servicemembers United's Alex Nicholson—ditto. The person who discovered incriminating letters from Mike Almy who is speaking at today's rally and testified recently before Congress—ditto.

3. Obama "got the ball rolling"??? NO, he's playing "run out the clock" until the buzzer sounds and repeal is LOST!
