There is no justice for Katherine or Robert Wone as long as the killer is not convicted of the murder.

Where I have a problem with the 3 defendants is their actions on the night of the killing. If I had a friend staying with me and found him in the condition described, my first act would be to call for emergency help, not try to clean the mess up in the room. I have heard statements that Mr. Wone was still barely alive with the EMS people arrived. An earlier call to them might have made the difference in his survival.

Thank you for providing the audio to the 911 call. It was a long call. The 911 operator was fantastic and took charge of the call. I don’t feel he was acting — more confused and reacting to the operator’s questions. Also, it provided a context to his asking what time it was. He asked this question as she repeatedly (no less than four times) stated that the EMTs “on their way.” I don’t think the question is the smoking gun that it is being played up to be by the prosecution. Also, when he says he is afraid to go downstairs, he is talking about the first floor, not where Robert and his partner are on the second floor. The context of the call is high-pressure. It makes sense that it is at times irrational. Finally, his tone goes from hysterical to rational to hysterical — even the 911 operator thought he was a woman because his voice never found balance.

“I think it matters there are 3 defendants and 3 wounds.” Do you actually think that each defendant stabbed him? If not, how does it matter?

not sure if the troubling thing about this case is there are still so many questions or that with so many of the answers, still nothing happens. Maybe Robert will get justice. Still i wonder why he was there. I think it matters there are 3 defendants and 3 wounds.
