They may have been released by the judge but that just means the prosecution did a lousy job. To have a person stabbed to death in your home without the occupants hearing something is not possible. Some type of noise has to have occurred. Whether a break-in as alleged, or the actual act of the stabbing death they heard something and are lying through their teeth. The truth will come out. The police aren’t likely to forget these guys any time soon.

Mimi’s was a restaurant, not a gay bar (hence George Will, Charles Krauthammer and hundreds of people of every sexual orientation having eaten there). glad to see a resolution of this case, although it should worry us all that all they are charged with is obstruction of justice as opposed to homicide but if that’s all they’ve got, if you live in DC, you forgot about justice a long time ago, when firetrucks block 7th Street so they can pose with tourists and police sound their alarm and flash their lights while they go to Safeway. Still wonder why Kathy and Robert had their first “date” at a gay bar, Mimi’s? Sure, George Will and Charles Krauthammer ate there too but still odd.
