Why are so many gays engaged in stereotyping? There are mechanics, football players and ruff and tuff Marines who are gay. Some very small, effeminate men are straight. So how you dress at a picnic now determines if you are gay? One false gay stereotype is of young good looking men. Not all gays are primped, toned and pumped. Not all gays are promiscous either.

If you don't like the effects of straight America's stereotyping of gays then don't engage in stereotyping yourself.

Gays have long suffered from stereotyping but now gays are promoting stereotyping. Gays have also wanted straight America to live and let live. Why then your obsession with Shock? This reporting without any proof, furthers the notion being gay is somehow bad and you want to cast that on someone you politically disagree with.

When you have proof other than "everybody knows" then it will be more than wishful thinking.
