		<description><![CDATA[So, does the tail wag the dawg or vice-versa?  Anyone who had the pleasure of serving in the military knows the phrase &quot;chain of command&quot;.  And, anyone who understands the &quot;law of the land&quot; knows that the military takes its cue and funding from the Congress/Prez.  It is not theirs (the military&#039;s) to question but to execute the orders they are given.  Period.  End of argument.
Imagine, in the 40&#039;s, asking the cannon fodder whether they&#039;d like to cross the English Channel and storm Normandy or prefer to shop with fags at Marks and Sparks.  Imagine asking whether a misogynist would like to serve under a female officer.  
Its the military, stupid.  You don&#039;t ask, you tell (order).
