I guess meth addiction didn't have any inpact on Crain's ability to run a business.
Chris Crain was a sad joke from the moment she showed up in DC and boy did she ever try to hold on. Check out the look on the face of the peroxided mess in the photo, that is one unhappy, twisted sister.

Unger walked with millions and have not Ms. Brown/Ms Naff turned out to be ye olde foxes in ye old henhouse.

Since they bought it all for a very short song lets hope they invest some money in the asset. They bought an asset worth millions for $15,000.00 but we should contribute money to cover expenses? Who would own the archives and control the foundation Lynn? Haven't you gotten enough free help already?

Something more credible then the bloviate, pretentious, ramblings of Peter Rosenstein might be good.

Nothing doing. Bitch Session was just plain silly at best and downright hateful at worst. Its inclusion in the new Blade would reinforce one of the most persistent negative stereotypes of gay men as nothing but a bunch of -- well -- bitchy queens.

What I would like to see restored is the separate, pull-out "Eclipse" section, which contained the Blade's more explicitly adult-oriented articles and classified ads. By doing so, the old Blade was distributed to many areas that would otherwise not not have accepted the paper (including many street and Metro station vending boxes), and I see little reason why that can't be done again.

I am perfectly content with Messrs. Waybourn and Crain continuing to peddle every excuse in the book as to why the diminution of a number of historic LGBT community papers was not in the slightest bit their fault.

I am just happy they have nobody left to bullshit any longer but themselves.
