The gang members have relatives living in Leisure World in the Arden Courts section in the Silver Spring, Md. area off of Georgia Ave. that are helping these gang members hide from police and commit crimes against our schools and shopping centers. They plan to ruin the holidays of many residents by soon stealing cars, kidnapping little babies from the cribs and stuff them in mailboxes, planting devices in the basememt storage units and etc..
