We’ve got to focus on what we each, as individuals, have control over. We all have to call our Senators offices at 202-224-3121 and tell them to vote to Repeal Don’t Ask Don’t Tell this year. There will be plenty of time for Monday-morning quarterbacking later. Now, we need to be calling the Senate, and getting EVERY fair-mainded person we know to do the same. Call your senator’s office at 202-224-3121 and tell them you want your senator to pass DADT repeal THIS YEAR. Then do the same for your other senator’s office. Then spread the word to all your friends. Success is up to each of us.

Why does this sound like another build-up that is doomed to fail. DADT isn’t a priority for Obama and Harry Reid has bungled every attempt at passing DADT thus far, so why should we expect anything but failure from them. I think the Obama administration should wake-up and stop defending the rotten DADT policy in court. Just let the courts overturn it for God’s sake!!!
