Being forced to sign a contract by Police seems wholly improper. The Police and the Museum have tossed the hot potato of "Who's responsible" back and fourth.

Sue them both. The Judge will get to the bottom of who exactly ordered the ban. Police should not be complicit in evading the issue of who is responsible. If there was a call placed to the Police, then this may be available via the Freedom of Information Act.

I don't like disgusting material as much as the next person, but for art to be accepted, and then removed because of censorship, this is unacceptable. This precedent cannot be allowed to stand in the USA.

Re-Place the art.
