BUT Obama won’t end secret, electronic surveillance of innocent americans, nor will he close guantanamo torture chambers, etc. And, it’s ok to import pirates from somalia for murder trial in US courts, but it’s NOT ok to import terrorists or potential terrorists for murder trial?? Sorry, anti-american values means that Obama’s STILL not a Democrat :(

Of course they should. The general rule, stemming from Carolene Products fn. 4, is first-year constitutional law. It was just disingenuous that it took so long for people to apply it to sexual orientation.
