Rehoboth Women’s Fest features ‘Broadwalk’
The 11th annual Camp Rehoboth Women’s Fest started Thursday in Delaware and continues through Sunday with several events.
A new event this year is Broadwalk on the Boardwalk, a Sunday morning walk to help fight breast cancer and honor those affected by it. The walk will begin at the CAMP courtyard at 9 a.m.
Comic Jennie McNulty will be performing at the Rehoboth Beach Convention Center (229 Rehoboth Ave.) at 9 p.m. Tickets are $20. McNulty will also be recording footage for her web show, “Walking Funny with Jennie McNulty” at the Broadwalk.
The one-woman show “Red Hot Patriot – The Kick-Ass Wit of Molly Ivins” will be performed at the CAMP Rehoboth Community Center on Saturday and Sunday, featuring Stacey Fearhelley.

Gay chamber honors business leaders
The annual Capital Area Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce awards dinner is tonight at the Park Hyatt Washington (1201 24th St., N.W.).
This year’s honorees include Michael Kahn from Shakespeare Theatre Company, Glen Ackerman of Ackerman Legal PLLC, Kim Rosenberg and Meghann Novinskie of Mixology D.C., Brent Minor of Team D.C., Dr. Dana Beyer and Randy Griffin and Marriott International.
Registration begins at 6:30 p.m. followed by a silent auction and open bar reception from 7 to 9 p.m. The dinner and program will be from 9 to 10:30 p.m.

Arlington PFLAG group hosts first meeting
The first monthly support group meeting in Arlington of the Metro D.C. PFLAG chapter will be Sunday from 3 to 4:30 p.m. at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Arlington (4444 Arlington Blvd.).
PFLAG offers support for parents, family and friends of LGBT people who want to stay close and be accepting.
