GLAA’s 40th Anniversary

The Gay & Lesbian Activist Alliance held its 40th anniversary celebration at the Washington Plaza on Wednesday. Members of the D.C. Council presented a resolution and Del. Eleanor Holmes Norton gave remarks. Distinguished Service Awards were presented to John Bryson Chane, Sharon Farmer, David Friedman, Theodore Guerrant, Ronald King and David Ward.
