I was imprisoned because I filed a Rule 60b(3) petition in a non rendering U.S. Court without the permission of former federal judge Naughty Nottingham.

Ryan would not have given up his safe seat to challenge Kohl. Kohl was not sure he could win another term, or he really does have other reasons to retire now. I suspect Congresswoman Baldwin will make her assessment after the special election next week. If Democrats are unsuccessful at taking over the state senate, I think she will stay where she is.
