		<description><![CDATA[I was impressed with one of the legislators who stood up and spoke against the amendment to the state&#039;s constitution.  His comment was that hate written into the constitution is there forever.  No matter that the 13th,14th and 15th amendments, the constitution still says some citizens are only three fifths of a human being.  Those words can never be erased .

He fully understood and I&#039;m sure he&#039;s totally aware that once the words are uttered they can and will be used to harm others.]]></description>
