Men are the attackers, they are the ones to be blamed. Not the woman who wants to exercise her freedom to walk down the street whenever she wants like everyone else. Society perpetuates this idea of blaming the victims for crimes when in reality we should be looking to PUNISH the people who are committing these crimes, not victim blaming. Its no wonder why rapes and assaults go unreported.
