You assume people in the homosexual community are not people of faith…wrong assumption. The homosexual community, in keeping with Jesus’s teachings, are asking people of faith [yours] not to judge them.

No, Pastor Thomas, what is shameful (it’s spelt with only one letter ‘l’ by the way) is the way those who call themselves Christians cite the Bible against homosexuals when Jesus is not reported anywhere in the Gospels as having said anything on the subject. He called for love of fellow men, not hate, and was certainly supportive of the concept that it is for God to judge men, not other men, and that those who seek to judge others face being judged by God for trying to do so. Yes, there is bigotry against so-called Christians who utter hatred and who practice hypocrisy. Meanwhile there are around the world Christians who do good work in their communities and embrace the diversity of mankind. Some of these Christians are homosexuals, many are not. But what unites them is their following of the Beatitudes and the gospel of love.

what is shamefull- is the hate and intolerance of the homosexual community towards people of faith. its called anti-christian bigotry- and that is a fact.
