“Barack Obama used tonight’s State of the Union to stoke the fires of class warfare,” Barron said. “It is clear that this president fundamentally doesn’t understand how jobs are created. Instead of taking responsibility for the failures of his presidency, he has instead decided to double down on his failed policies that will undermine our free market economic system that is responsible for making America the greatest country on the planet.”

This is really funny. When most of the failed policies were those of the Bush administration which led us into two wars, didn't bother to begin to regulate the banking industry, and passed massive tax cuts which the current Republican Congress still wants to keep for the wealthiest of Americans. The class warfare has been stoked and restoked by the Republican party only they favor the rich and Obama works for everyone else. History shows us that those tax cuts haven't produced jobs and that when the tax rate on wealthier Americans is higher it doesn't impact job creation at all. The biggest growth in jobs in our nation occurred during times of higher tax rates. The Republican party is fond of calling Barack Obama an eilitist. Well if he is it is my hope that Newt Gingrich will be the Republican nominee, someone who has spent years peddling his leftover influence to the tune of millions of dollars in personal income, using non-profits to fund his travel to sell his books and charge up his political life, and then we can let the American people decide if they want to go back to the failed policies of the past with a disgraced leader or continue on a slow but steady rebuilding of the American economy.
