This will end up being decided by the courts IF the voters in Maryland pass the referendum. But that’s not a given in Maryland so be sure to get the pro-s.s.m. vote out this November. Where in the constitution is it written that my rights are open for the public to vote on? It isn’t in the constitution unless I’m a member of an unpopular minority that’s still not accepted by the majority of society. I for one won’t stand back and allow these bigots to run me down like I’m their red-headed stepchild.
