If I spend more than $2,000 for a gay cruise, I expect not to be in a place where gay sex is illegal. And if I am arrested, I don’t expect the owner of the cruise ship company to blow it off. At least I know that the island of Dominica doesn’t want my money, and I’ll remember that the Virgin Islands does.
