2012 Capital Queer Prom

B.O.I. Marketing & Promotions held the carnival-themed 2012 Capital Queer Prom on Saturday at the Almas Shriners Ballroom in Washington, D.C. Stephanie Johnson of the D.C. Kings and the Deaf Abused Women’s Network was voted prom queen and Mark Guenther of the Capital Area Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce was voted prom king. Proceeds from the event were slated to go to Transgender Health Empowerment.
