I think its about time the double standards are realized here in the US. Not one person has the right to sit in judgement of another-its time the Land of the Free becomes just that. DOMA is a farce and for the US to become the world leader it currently thinks it is it needs to get its head out of the dark ages and allow people to celebrate their love for a partner with all everyone sharing the same rights.

Excellent article! Let the GOP attorneys seek an en banc hearing. They’ll get the same result. Then let SCOTUS FINALLY hear it and strike down DOMA once and for all.

Has it ever occurred to Paul Clement that opposite sex couples obviously produce children of same sex orientation? Clement not only represents discrimination against the same sex couples, but their parents as well including those in the Republican Party with LGBT children. Clement talks like an educated fool! and a shameful waste of tax payers money.
