Cynthia Nixon marries longtime girlfriend

NEW YORK — Sex and the City Star Cynthia Nixon married Christine Marinoni her girlfriend of eight years this weekend in New York, according to People Magazine.
The couple has been together since 2004, after Nixon ended her 16 year relationship with photographer Danny Mozes and came out of the closet. Marinoni and Nixon were engaged in 2009, and welcomed a baby boy in 2011 named Max Ellington Nixon-Marinoni. Nixon has a daughter and a son from her previous relationship as well.
