		<description><![CDATA[This is making news in the Commonwealth&#039;s mainstream press, too. Virginia LGBTs take hope from every small LGBT advancement. So this is actually much bigger than it may seem to LGBT residents in DC, Baltimore and metro areas around the country. 

Moreover, Guv. (don&#039;t call me, &quot;Ultrasound&#039;) McDonnell, is still apparently hoping for a Veep nod from Romney. So McDonnell maybe felt compelled to sound more &#039;moderate&#039; on Thorne-Begland&#039;s appointment. The Richmond Times-Dispatch reports...
