He knows so much more about this than me, but he is from Costa Rica and has been in the USA for 15 years and he’s afraid of being deported or never getting a passport or visa, or whatever. What really makes me sad is that he is a chef but now working as a cook at a restaurant for minimum wage. He has had very good chef’s positions but was let go because of his lack of documentation. I guess we have to wait and pray.
