Forum on marriage and the Dream Act

The Civil Marriage Protection Act and the Dream Act will be among the questions petitioned to referendum in November’s election. Both issues will be debated at a League of Women Voters forum on Tuesday, Oct. 9 from 7-9 p.m. at Morgan State University’s Student Center Theater.
