Free screening of film on immigrant students
In an attempt to educate the public about issues impacting LGBT undocumented immigrant students, the GLCCB and Equality Maryland are hosting a free screening of “Papers: Stories of Undocumented Youth” (www.PapersTheMovie.com). It will be followed by a discussion with the film’s director Anne Galisky, Equality Maryland Executive Director Carrie Evans, and Maryland LGBT undocumented immigrant students. The event will take place on Thursday, Oct. 25 at 6:30 p.m. at the Charles Theater, 1711 N. Charles St., Baltimore.
