		<description><![CDATA[In the commune of Lampa, outside the capital Santiago, was reelected Alejandra Gonzalez, a trans woman who had to use her real (male) name which was in the vote, nevertheless, she gets the position of city council in 2002, staying for the next period and being elected again in this election of 2012 to continue her work. Alejandra is also the first trans woman to reach a representative office in Latin America, the first trans Mayor, in recent months subrogating management top job in the district in which she is councilor.]]></description>
