Miller publicly called the bill "anti-family" and refused to bring it up for a vote. Who exactly do you believe we should blame for that?

This year no transfolk of color testified and the bill failed, so they blamed Senator Mililler. The prior year, transfolk testified against the bill, and it failed, so they blamed Senator Miller. Next year, if they continue to enshrine sex-role stereotypes into the law I will testify (again) against the law and it will fail. I wonder if they will continue to blame Senator Miller?
