Sure. Why wouldn’t it? That’s the whole point. Federal contractor dollars should not be used to discriminate against LGBT people.

Faith based and other organizations have no constitutional right to do business with the federal government– especially if they are discriminating for no compelling reason against LGBTs in employment, housing, health care, education, etc.

Recruitment on an equal basis is imperative so that the phobia that ostracises the Gay community are no longer able to carry out the function of segregation. We must find equality within the Job force or be banished into a secular world of stereotypical roles. The reasoning to include the Gay community in all functions of the social sector originate from a place of refuge that informs us that we all excercise the freedom of choice on an individual level.
