But as with ENDA and a fed ENDA EO, Spring 2013 belongs pretty much entirely to the Supreme Court and their pending landmark decisions regarding Windsor and Perry. 

SCOTUS has sucked nearly all the oxygen out of our LGBT political atmosphere. Wait we must.]]></description>
