Flavor, a Mount Vernon bar-restaurant that opened in 2015, will provide food services for the newly renovated Center Stage theatre. The establishment, located at 15 E. Centre St., is co-owned by Julia Belton, who is the executive chef, and her wife Vanna Belton.

Billed as “an American bistro specializing in intimate portions and handcrafted cocktails,” Flavor has been the venue for numerous events and fundraisers for the LGBT community and non-profit organizations.

“As the owner and chef of a dynamic restaurant in Mount Vernon, it is beyond exciting to be embarking on this new partnership after the rebirth of Baltimore Center Stage,” Julia Belton said. “Many people do not realize that food is an art form, even simple dishes. As the food service provider for Baltimore Center Stage, I want to ensure that the dining experience is as tantalizing as the shows.”
