The Washington Blade held its 11th annual Summer Kickoff Party at the Blue Moon in Rehoboth Beach, Del. on May 18. The event featured remarks by Rehoboth Beach Mayor Paul Kuhns, Lewes Mayor Ted Becker and Rehoboth Beach Commissioners Lisa Schlosser and Kathy McGuiness.
