Pulse nightclub will be turned into a permanent memorial site to honor the victims of the June 12 massacre, according to documents filed by OnePulse Foundation to the Florida Department of State Division of Corporations.

WESH reports the documents filed say OnePulse Foundation’s donations will be used for “conceiving, funding and aiding in the construction of a permanent memorial on the existing Pulse site in Orlando…and other relevant sites to be determined by the Board.” Donations are also being used to aid victims and their families.

On Tuesday, Pulse spokeswoman Sara Brady said the owners plan to have Pulse turned into a memorial.

OnePulse Foundation is planning a benefit concert to raise money for the memorial on Friday, Aug. 19 in California. Details on performers have yet to be announced.
