The Log Cabin Republicans held the ‘Spirit of Lincoln’ awards dinner honoring Senators Susan Collins and Scott Brown at the Hyatt Regency on Sept. 20, the same day that open service began in the military. Attendees included Rep. Judy Biggert (R-Ill.), Rep. Charlie Dent (R-Pa.), Rep. Richard Hanna (R-N.Y.), Rep. Nan Hayworth (R-N.Y.), Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, and presidential candidate Fred Karger.
