Kate Clinton to write column for Washington Blade

Washington, D.C. — The Washington Blade, the nation’s leading LGBT news source, announced today that comedian Kate Clinton will join the paper’s roster of contributors as a regular columnist.

Clinton will write a monthly column exclusive to the Blade beginning March 29. The Blade will also feature her vlog in weekly posts to

“The Blade is excited to work with Kate,” said Washington Blade editor Kevin Naff. “She has been entertaining LGBT audiences for 30 years and we look forward to bringing her unique perspective on the issues of the day to our many readers.”
