Equality Maryland held its Signature Brunch on Sunday at the Marriott Bethesda North Hotel and Convention Center in Rockville, Md. The LGBT advocacy organization honored Equality Maryland Board Chair M. Scott Bowling and Maryland Gov. Martin O’Malley. Speakers included U.S. Sen. Ben Cardin (D-Md.), Rabbi Stephanie Bernstein, Jonathan Jayes-Green and Ryan Saadeh. Derek Valcourt of CBS Baltimore WJZ-13 served as the emcee of the program.
