Indigo Girls perform a sold-out show at the Birchmere (3701 Mount Vernon Ave., Alexandria, Va.) on Monday, Nov. 2 at 7:30 p.m.

The Indigo Girls, comprised of Amy Ray and Emily Saliers, released their latest album “One Lost Day” earlier this summer. Ray and Saliers are also known for their roles in LGBT activism. The lesbian folk duo will be joined by power-pop band A Fragile Tomorrow.
