Amazon’s programming chief Roy Price has been placed on leave following allegations of sexual harassment against producer, Isa Hackett.

While promoting “The Man in the High Castle,” a series based on the book by Hackett’s father Philip K. Dick, Hackett says she went to a party with Price and Amazon executive Michael Paull. In the taxi, she claims that Price made repeated sexual advances on her.

“You will love my dick,” Price allegedly told Hackett. She declined his propositions and told him she was a lesbian and was married with children.

At the party, he persisted and yelled “Anal sex” in her ear.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Hackett reported Price to Amazon executives and an outside investigator. She says she has not had contact with Price since then.

Since Hackett came forward with the allegations, Amazon sent a statement to the Hollywood Reporter saying, “Roy Price is on leave of absence effective immediately.”

As more victims share allegations of sexual harassment and assault in Hollywood, Hackett says that the culture of the industry has to change.

“It is said over and over and sounds like a cliché, but we desperately need more women in leadership positions in Hollywood. There’s a culture of harassment [in Hollywood] and we need an infusion of new and diverse leadership, not just including women but gay people, people of color, people with disabilities — people with the full spectrum of life experience,” Hackett told the Hollywood Reporter.
