PHOTOS: Night Out at the Nationals
Del. Roem throws first pitch

The LGBTQ sports organization Team DC partnered with the Washington Nationals to hold Night Out at the Nationals on Tuesday. Virginia Del. Danica Roem (D-Manassas Park) threw out the first pitch and the national anthem was sung by the Gay Men’s Chorus of Washington. The Washington Nationals defeated the Toronto Blue Jays 12-6.

Drag artist Desiree Dik hosted the program at ‘Ms. Dik’s B-Day Show!’ at Red Bear Brewing Co. on Friday. Performers included Auntie Heronie, Ana Mosity, Johnny Alucard and Millie Merengue.

Pitchers DC and JR.’s Bar hosted watch parties for football fans to view the NFC championship game between the Washington Commanders and the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday, Jan. 26. The Eagles defeated the Commanders with a score of 23 to 55.
