Dan Choi to use Washington Blade video in defense today

The trial for Lt. Dan Choi’s dramatic arrest at the White House last November begins today, and Lt. Choi has stated publicly that he will submit as evidence the Washington Blade video of his arrest with twelve other “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” activists.

While the twelve other protesters accepted a deal in which they received probation in exchange for having their record expunged, Lt. Choi preferred to request a trial where he intends to plead a First Amendment free speech case.

  • Unfortunately for Dan, DADT is a done deal more or less. He’s also violated his probation and even traveled out of the country where he tried to incite an international incident. If the Prosecutor had any cohones, she would inform the judge of these facts and demand that he charged accordingly and put into custody.

    • What hole did you crawl out of , and what did you think about Martin Luther Kings treatment by the police in Selma Al decades ago.

To say nothing of his murder by the southern baptist ;/ evangelical nuts who created segregation and the KKK so long ago.

Gays are just their latest victims
