Whitman-Walker Clinic presented its 17th annual “Art for Life” art auction at the Carnegie Institution of Washington on Friday. The annual fundraiser benefits HIV/AIDS prevention services to communities of color.

A “No Kings” demonstration was held in Anacostia on Saturday to protest the Trump administration. Speakers at the rally included LGBTQ activist, Rayceen Pendarvis. Following the rally, demonstrators marched across the Frederick Douglass Memorial Bridge.
