Go Gay DC will host “LGBTQ+ Coffee Shop Mixer” at 12 p.m. at As You Are. This event is free to attend and a perfect way to make more friends in the LGBTQ community. This event is free and more details are available on Eventbrite.
Deviant DC Disco will be at 10 p.m. at Hard Rock Cafe. This is a ‘70s disco-themed party to celebrate D.C.’s Emancipation Weekend. General admission is free until midnight and tickets will cost $40 after. For more information, visit Eventbrite.

Center Aging Coffee Drop-In will be at 10 a.m. at the DC Center for the LGBT Community and online on Zoom. Genderqueer DC will be at 7 p.m. on Zoom. This is a support group for people who identify outside of the gender binary, whether bigender, agender, genderfluid, or not 100% cisgender. For more information, email [email protected].

Bi Roundtable Discussion will be at 7 p.m. on Zoom. This is an opportunity for people to gather in order to discuss issues related to bisexuality or as Bi individuals in a private setting. For more information, email [email protected].
Transmasculine and Nonbinary Social Hour will be at 6:00p.m. at Red Bear Brewing Co. This event will be hosted by DC Area Transmasculine Society (DCATS) and guests are required to be at least 18 years old to attend. MOre details are available on Eventbrite.
Wednesday, April 20
Job Club will be at 6 p.m. in-person at the DC Center for the LGBT Community and online on Zoom. The Job Club is a weekly job support program to help job entrants and seekers, including the long-term unemployed, improve self-confidence, motivation, resilience and productivity for effective job searches and networking — allowing participants to move away from being merely “applicants.”

The DC Center’s Food Pantry Program will be held all day at the DC Center for the LGBT Community. To be fair with who is receiving boxes, the program is moving to a lottery system. Go Gay DC will host “Out in Rosslyn LGBTQ+ Community Social” at 6 p.m. at Hyatt Centric Arlington. We have been invited to visit Hyatt Centric Arlington, where we will gather in a reserved section of their lounge. Attendees will be greeted by members of the Go Gay DC Leadership Team & receive a name tag upon arrival. This event is ideal for meeting new folks, making new friends, community-building, or just to unwind and enjoy the atmosphere. Casual attire is perfectly fine. Coming Out Discussion Group will be at 7 p.m. on Zoom. This is a safe space to share experiences about coming out and discuss topics as it relates to doing so — by sharing struggles and victories the group allows those newly coming out and who have been out for a while to learn from others.
