17th Street Festival

By on September 27, 2010

From Riggs Place to P Street, Frank Kameny Way was closed to traffic for the 17th Street Festival on Saturday. Members of the community came to see local businesses, artists, performers and politicians. Performers included the Ladies of Town, X Factor and Tom Goss. D.C. Council Chairman Vincent Gray was joined on the stage by openly gay D.C. Councilman David Catania and longtime LGBT civil-rights advocate, Frank Kameny.
