Video: Anderson Cooper takes on ‘put gays in cages’ pastor

By on May 22, 2012

Anderson Cooper and his guest Rev. Welton Gaddy, President of Interfaith Alliance, take to task North Carolina Pastor Charles L. Worley, whose sermon suggested lesbians and “queers and homosexuals” be caged in electrified pens, and left to die.

According to several sources, the sermon has been removed from the church’s website, and the pastor’s own personal website has been shut down by the hosting company, after a rash of complaints.

When Anderson said “clearly, he’s ‘again it’,” I died laughing. But I think we should throw the pastor in a cage, maybe drop some food over once in a while, and we’ll see how long he lasts.

Where are Mr. Smith & Mr. Wesson when you need them?

Thank you Anderson and thank you guest Rev. Welton Gaddy for exposing that NC pastor as a bigot. My God doesn’t hate anyone! <3

truly this is so inhumane and digusting. Where is love for all thy brothers and sisters. Love thy neighbor as thy love oneself. To bring up the holocaust in such a way is tasteless. Serioulsy did you forget Pastor that these homosexual queers were birthed by straight people–so push button and blow up the world that should end it all! DOPE!

Matthew 25:40 And the King shall answer and say to them, Truly I say to you, Inasmuch as you have done it to one of the least of these my brothers, you have done it to me.

Smacks of Nazi concentration camps, obviously, but the shear ignorance that homosexuals would die out and then they’d be free of us to run their little theocratic fascist state is amusing as hell. Shhh! Nobody tell this idiot that we don’t have to “breed” new homosexuals – that’s why we keep heterosexuals around, it’s their only purpose on Earth.

And then people wonder why I own a gun…

I noticed the pastor was obese. Some medical people think there may be a gentic reason for this but that cant be true. The bible doesnt say there could be a genetic reason. It says its the sin problem of gluttony”your god is your belly”Now = why dont we “do unto others” as the bible teaches and put the pastor behind the electric fence.

I think he actually says I’m a guinea referring to the popular pet. I can see the resemblance.
