RuPaul, Alaska, Trixie Mattel get the Funko treatment
the figurines will be released in mid-January
RuPaul, Alaska, and Trixie Mattel are getting their own Funko figurines.
Funko announced they are releasing miniature versions of the three drag queens available only at Hot Topic and Hottopic.com.
RuPaul’s figurine features Ru in a red racing suit and white boots holding racing flags in a nod to “RuPaul’s Drag Race.” Alaska is wearing a black ensemble, blonde wig and is holding a snake. Trixie Mattel is wearing a long pink dress with a matching pink bow in her hair.
The figurines are scheduled for release in mid-January.
Last year, the toy company also released figurines of the fab four “Golden Girls.”

The Wanda Alston Foundation held its Fall Reception at the Penthouse Rooftop at The Wharf on Friday, Sept. 18. Honorees included D.C. Councilmember Robert White, Director of the Mayor’s Office of LGBTQ+ Affairs Japer Bowles, and the Washington Capitals. Rayceen Pendarvis served as the emcee and entertainment was provided by the Thomas Circle Singers.
